1. Introduction

Welcome to Perfume Lot. By placing an order on perfumelot.store, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering.

2. Products and Originality

All perfumes sold on Perfume Lot are original. We sell both original tester perfumes and original retail perfumes. We do not sell replicas, copies, or imitation fragrances.

Tester perfumes are original fragrances supplied in tester packaging. Product photos, descriptions, and fragrance notes are provided to help you choose, but the actual fragrance experience may vary slightly from person to person.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, unless there is an obvious pricing error, in which case we will contact you before dispatch.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer. You pay on delivery with Cash on Delivery. Orders paid by Bank Transfer receive a 10% discount.

4. Delivery

Delivery is FREE on every order across Pakistan.

Delivery time varies by city and courier. Please provide a complete and correct delivery address and an active phone number so the courier can reach you. If the courier cannot reach you, delivery may be delayed.

5. Orders and Stock

An order is confirmed once you receive order confirmation. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a replacement or a refund of any amount paid.

6. Exchange and Returns

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery, with photos of the item and packaging, so we can arrange an exchange or replacement.

Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged, except when the item received is wrong or damaged, because perfumes cannot be resold once opened for hygiene reasons.

The item must be in its original condition for any exchange.

7. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

8. Privacy

Your name, address, phone number, and email are used only to process, deliver, and support your order. We do not sell your personal information. Your details may be shared only with the courier delivering your order.
